Festive Events, Conferences, Seminars, Product Presentations, Corporate Celebrations, Weddings, Family Reunions, Lectures, Film Shoots, and Fashion Events – Schloss Burg Namedy provides an extraordinary setting for all these occasions.
Burg Namedy is a 14th-century moated castle that was converted into a palace complex in 1890. The property has been owned by the Hohenzollern family since 1907. In 1989, Prince Godehard inherited the castle, restored it with support from the State Monument Office and the Foundation for Monument Protection, and introduced a cultural program that now offers approximately 30 art events annually, including jazz, classical music, theater, readings, art, and dance projects.
Cultural partners include the Beethovenfest Bonn, the Villa Musica Foundation, the district of Mayen-Koblenz with its outstanding Sommerclassics series, and the city of Andernach. In addition to these cultural events, the castle is available for personal events on 200 days of the year, providing a unique and historic atmosphere for unforgettable occasions.
